Employee of the Year

Members of the hospital staff can nominate any Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital employee to be the Employee of the Month.  They are nominated based on their teamwork, customer service, initiative and dedication to Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.  Every October, one of the 12 Employees of the Month is voted to be the Employee of the Year.
